In  summer 2007 the long-anticipated Townhomes at Mill Reserve condominiums started to take shape on the vacant sliver of land between the Fox River and the 300 block of West St. Paul Avenue.  Look for our signs as you pass by and do phone us or visit our web site from time-to-time for updates. Our first owners will be taking occupancy September 2008.

Development will occur in three phases, the first of which will include 11 contemporary units facing the river, and 10 traditional row-houses facing St. Paul Avenue.  The look of the units along the river will respond to the rapid stream and wooded banks in contrast to those bordering the lively urban thoroughfare. Phase II should start in about a year, and Phase III a year later.
